Are online hair orders pre-orders?
Yes. Our online hair orders are pre-orders: your hair is ordered for you and is not ready for immediate dispatch. Processing time is separate from shipping time.
What are the pre-order processing times?
- Bundles, closures and frontals: 2 weeks.
- Wigs: 3 weeks.
During ongoing sales, processing times are extended. These are processing times; shipping time is additional and begins once your order has been processed.
Can I order for a specific event or appointment?
Please contact our team before ordering if you need your hair by a particular date so we can discuss the current timeline with you.
Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide, excluding the United States.
How much is shipping?
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order. Shipping time is additional to pre-order processing time.
How do I book a salon appointment?
Choose your stylist and service in our appointment calendar and review the booking terms. Appointment times are in Eastern Time.
Can I book a package with the hair included?
Yes. Hair-included sew-in packages combine MKRoots hair with preparation, installation and styling. Allow at least two weeks for hair ordering.
Can I bring my own hair?
We use MKRoots hair for our installations and do not accept third-party hair. Wig installations are limited to MKRoots wigs.
How long should I keep my sew-in?
Plan to take it down within six to eight weeks. Ask your stylist about maintenance suited to your installation; closure maintenance is recommended at three to four weeks.
Do you offer bridal hair?
Yes. A bridal consultation is required. Explore bridal services.
