Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

  • Once your order has been placed, there is a mandatory 48 hour processing time. Once the processing time has passed, we will begin preparing your order. Depending on your order, it may take up to 15 business days to be shipped. Once we ship your order, you will immediately receive a tracking number to the email you provided us with.

  • Please be advised that delays can happen which is beyond our control. Under certain circumstances, shipping can take 5-10 business days. We cannot change the address once your order has shipped.

  • PLEASE NOTE THAT DUE TO COVID19, DELIVERIES WILL BE DELAYED SLIGHTLY. 

Return & Exchange policy

  • ALL SALES ARE FINAL! There will be no refunds or exchanges issued for any purchased product unless the product is deemed to be defective by the merchant. If a product is defective, it must be shipped back to the merchant within 7 days of purchase with all tags and wrappings attached before a refund/exchange will be issued. Product(s) must be COMPLETELY unused and unaltered and in original packaging in order to be reimbursed.

  • If you purchase a wig and request for any adjustments i.e "lace to be cut" or "lace tinting," exchanges or refunds are prohibited and all sales are final.

  • We offer no warranty or guarantee: if you damage/use your product in any way. We are not liable and will not offer you a refund or exchange.

​

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Build your own wig policy 

  • All sales are final.

  • Due to sanitary reasons and the nature of the products, there are absolutely NO RETURNS. However MKRoots strives to provide each customer with amazing customer service. If the mistake is on our behalf, we will happily correct the issue. If there is any issues, please immediately contact mkroots1@gmail.com and we shall try our best to accommodate you.

  • Please ensure that your measurements are taken properly because we will not issue refund due to improper measurements. If you have any concerns or need help with your measurements, please contact us at mkroots1@gmail.com. If you send in the wrong measurements, we are not liable for your wig not fitting. "You will be subject to a reconstruction fee. "
